NOTE: In regards to paying for monthly subscriptions please read our article on the Credit Wallet.
From time to time we experience various issues that cause credit cards to be declined.
We do have a grace period of 3 days on declined rebills so that you don't lose potential commissions and any licenses you may be using do not get suspended.
Here is a list of the common reasons and steps you can take to make sure your payment goes through.
- Credit card information not accurate.
- Login to your eaconomy account and on the left-hand menu go to Account and then to Profile. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a button to Update Credit Card. Make sure the information is accurate, including the billing address.
- The bank is not allowing the transaction. In an effort to protect accounts there is an elevated level of security on our financial lives today. The transaction may have been flagged by your credit card company as a potentially fraudulent charge and a phone call from you will let them know that it can be processed.
- Enter a different credit card.
Once you have corrected your payment information you can allow the system to attempt a rebill. Remember that there is a grace period so you don't have to get anxious that your license will be suspended or miss commissions. You can create a ticket just to let us know that there was an issue processing your credit card.
