With the growing restrictions, by merchants, around the use of credit cards, due to fraud and identity theft, Eaconomy has made a number of options available to customers and affiliates.
You may try to use a credit card but if it does not process in 1 or 2 attempts then it will most likely not process. You can contact your financial institution and if they tell you the problem is not with them, then it is the merchant processor. Being that a lot of our users are international this does cause problems and some countries are considered high risk.
Here are the alternative payment methods that Eaconomy supports.
- Vouchers - a voucher is a lot like a gift card or coupon code. It is a string of characters that is generated when a voucher is purchased in the Eaconomy back office. The voucher must be paid for with funds from the internal credit wallet, making the creation of a voucher available only to affiliates but customers may redeem a voucher in their account. Please refer to this link for more information about the creation and redemption of vouchers. LINK
- Skrill - Using Skrill is easy and can be used to pay for a subscription or be paid any commissions owed to you by Eaconomy. You can create an account at https://skrill.com and we have a video showing how to pay with Skrill at https://eaconomy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034238833-How-to-pay-with-my-Skrill-account
- Uphold - Uphold is similar to Skrill. You do need to Authorize your Uphold account so it can connect to the Eaconomy server and here is the video for that, https://eaconomy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033193374-Uphold-Authorization-or-Reauthorization
- Bitcoin - This is a great way to pay but it is a little more technical. If you are familiar with Bitcoin and want to pay using Bitcoin then please refer to this page, https://eaconomy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033900813-Using-Bitcoin-to-make-payments
